How many brands of Christianity are there?

Hundreds. And there is a reason for that ... because there is nothing conclusive about the Bible at all. Why don't people just admit it doesn't make sense?

You are quite right. The bible has hundreds of errors, as well as scores of internal contradictions, so it is essential to pick and choose if you want to formulate beliefs based on it. But the different flavors of Christianity (which are uncountable -- are Missouri Synod Lutherans distinguishable from other Lutherans?) have as much to do with administrative and other non-biblical differences as they do with varying interpretations of the bible. Consider Henry VIII -- the issue was that he wanted a divorce, the Church wouldn't give him one, so he founded his own religion.

Not sure if this is "how many types of Christianity are RIGHT", but there sure are lots of types (or Brands). Probably is a "brand" of Christianity for each person who is Christian. Each person will live it out in a different way. Now ask me how many "Christians" there actually are......

You don't expect McDonald's in Beijing to look the same as the one in Cairo or New York - it adapts itself to the culture that it lives in without compromising its main mission.

In Christianity that main mission is proclaiming Jesus as the Savior of the world. We may have differences in worship and practice, but we agree on that. It may not make sense to you, but it does to us.
