If you live near a regional passport office you can get it the same day for emergency travel. If you do not live near one you can still get one in a day...see the main USPS facility in the city where you live. It will cost an extra large sum of money but you can get it done.

If there is any data of you being right here, you will no longer be able to return till your 10 365 days ban is up! Marriage won't provide an unlawful alien criminal prestige. And being an unlawful alien, you will no longer make it out of the airport earlier being detained and sent lower back on your individual united states!

CALL THE PASSPORT OFFICE - they can tell you what to do to expedite everything - you will have your passport in 24 hours.

Pay the express $$$-fee and it will still take at least ten days or more. Hope it works out for you
