it was in a salad dressing, a curry mustard...but now i like curry. what recipes are simple that has curry in it?

I make curry (you can buy it in a paste and follow directions on the packet) w/ veggies like bell peppers, onions, zuccini, broccoli, cauliflower, etc ... and put it on brown rice. Super easy & tasty. I like mine extra spicy so I add cayenne pepper to the curry as it's cooking.
