Fruits and Vegetables. The more color the better. You need to invest some time exercising also or you will gain the weight back no matter what diet you are on, veven if you stop eating altogether as you will have to start some time and if you continue to eat fast foods the pounds will pack right back on.

Leeks. Lots and lots of leeks. They're healthy and also a mild diuretic. You can bake them, boil them, turn them into soup or broth...they are great for a lot of things. Personally I hate diets so if I eat leeks I eat them with potatoes or cheese, but you may not want that.
I also agree with White Rose - grapefruit really helped me as well. I would have a big glass with breakfast.
And of course the usual: fish, green veggies (not buttery mashed potatoes or 3 ears of corn on the cob), fruits, beans, lean meats. Fiber. Whole grains. Water.

Over all I think eating fruits and veggies high in water content. Cucumbers and watermelon help me feel fuller with out so many calories.

I would say mostly eat fruit and vegetables which have lots of vitamins and are low in calories. Drink lots of water as well.

Grapefruit is the trick fruit that i eat, it helps me alot. Also, something that made me lost 10 pounds in the first month, is to stop drinking pop and heavily sugared drinks...

Easy one: eat fruit and vegetables. Raw fruit or boiled. Do not forget grilled meat.

lot's of fruit's and vegatables and meats like chicken or tuna. watch out for bread's and saturated fats. I like baked chicken breast with lemon pepper seasoning. and friut salad's
