Call up your local mental health whether it is county, city, or nonprofit. They accept insurance and they will see you on a sliding scale. Get out your phone book and do some searching. If you want to get help, that's how you start. Empower yourself.

I would see if there is a local Pych Grad School. Post degree, pre licensed people offer free or cheap treatment, and they have "state of the art" training.
