Doctors say that you should add 5lbs for every inch after 5 feet. This is an average. I am 5'7" and have always been about 125 in weight. BUT I have a small bone structure and high metabolism. Overall you need to bee what your comfortable with and don't go getting all bulemic and anorexic on me now.

When you can't see your feet, can't touch your toes, have to turn sideways to go through a door. A lot depends on your bone structure actually and you can go to any doctors office or dietician and get a number in pounds. Be careful with getting it from the gym as they have something involved by getting you to join the gym so will let you think you are fat.

You are just fine! I am 5.4 and weigh 123. I do have muscle though. I would say you should stay under 140 to still be considered small/average.

You are at a good weight. Anything over 130 is suspect.
