how do i get him to leave my alone??

ok so i have a bf that is kind of an off and on kind of thing but we are best friends and are very very close but we just fight a lot. but anyways. there is this guy at my school that likes me and he keeps asking me out and i keep saying no because right now im dating someone else. but im really close to this guy at school and whenever i'm having problems with my bf, i go and talk to him about it, so he thinks that i'm never happy with my bf. but i really want this guy to stop asking me out and just move one because i dont like him like that but i dont want to be mean because we are really good friends. what do i do???

Tell him you like him as a friend, but don't see yourself ever being in a relationship with him.
