i have trouble keeping my head phones in my ears when i'm running any help

try the kind that go over your head and have the part that sort of goes in the ear... i have a pair from sony, they stay on realy well

If your using headphones while on a treadmill, try the ones that wrap around your head or ears. If doing sprinting on the track or even long distance, its not good for your steps so I would suggest not using them at all. The music makes your speed and feet work go with the beat causing false acceleration.

I ain't a fan of head phones Zeke. There's too much you need to hear unless you're running on a track. YOur first encounter with a mad dog or the side of a car will cure your need for such distraction.....
