Depends on what you like, or what you consider fancy, but here's a few of my favorite sandwiches.

Steak Bomb- Shredded steak (like from the freezer section at your local grocery store) heated up with onions, mushrooms, and peppers in a fry pan, add some american cheese when it's almost ready, then spread the mixture onto a sub roll with slices of ham (or proscuitto) and salami (or pepperoni).

Mediterranean (works great on a wrap)- Easy to make but an exotic taste, spread some hummus onto the bread or wrap, then add a thin spread of tabbouleh onto that, and sprinkle on some feta cheese, slap some lettuce, onions, tomatos, even grilled chicken, and you're good to go.

Black and Bleu Roast Beef- Try some dark rye bread, spread some soft bleu cheese onto the bread (gorgonzola works great) and a liberal amount of fresh cracked black peppercorn, roast beef, veggies to taste.

As for popcorn, I like to season plain popcorn with stuff like garlic and chili powders, or a light sprinkling of cayenne pepper.

cucumber sandwiches. make a cucumber spread by grating a cucumber till you get about 1/4 cup, add 2 tbsp of cream cheese. add 1tbsp of mayo if you want a more creamer spread. cut the crust of of white bread. cut the bread into fours. cut slices of the cucumber. take two pieces of the bread, put spread on both sides, add a slice of cucumber. it makes a great appetizer.

I dont know about the sandwich one, but I love to put ranch dressing powder on my popcorn. Also you could try taco seasoning, cocoa, or chilli powder as well. All of them taste great!!
