I don't know you personally but I can almost guarantee that you do not have tourettes syndrome. Tourette Syndrome was considered rare and exotic at one time (however now,) Tourette's syndrome is a relatively common childhood-onset disorder defined by persistent motor and vocal tics and frequently associated with obsessions, compulsions, and attentional difficulties."
Tourette Syndrome is best defined in the archives and pages of neurological conditions, syndromes, and disorders. Initially Tourette Syndrome was seen as extremely rare and an individual was viewed as having violent muscle contortions (motor tics) and vocal disruptions (vocal tics) combined with outburst of swearing and obscenities.
The "tics" symptoms involving Tourette Syndrome are known to temporarily aggravate with increased stress. Also the tics can wax and wane or come and go through out the patient's life. It is also normal for the tics to change and return. Some of the Tourette tics can be suppressed for small periods of time, however generally return with greater aggravation. It should also be noted that most persons with Tourette Syndrome do not require medication for their tics.

Tourette's is diagnosed after one year where both motor and vocal tics are prevalent. While considered a vocal tic, blurting things out actually is fairly rare in Tourette patients. Vocal tics could include, but not limited to barks, coughs, grunts, throat clearing. Motor tics include limping, elbowing, toe tapping and many others. Each person is unique. The tics can not be controlled. Likened to a bad bad itch. You can hold back but ultimately you have to scratch. You don't mention your age, but often Tourette starts at an early age, 5-10. And typically by the time you are through puberty, what you see is what you get and the tics you have will not likely get worse. However, the nature of the tic can change. Example: A coughing tic could turn to a grunting tic. You go back and forth, get real bad to real mild. It runs the gamut. If you are real concerned, consult with a Neurologist.
Despite what Linda says, OCD (Obsessive Comupulsive Disorder) and Tourette's while both neurological disorders are NOT one in the same. You can have one without the order but often times have them both together.

It's Tourette syndrome. Does your mind race? Do you think of a million things at once, especially when you try to sleep. That is almost a universal complaint of people with TS, ocd and adhd. TS, ocd and adhd are anxiety disorders, just tics with one, none with others.
Is there anyone else in your family with tics, ocd or add? It is definitely inheited but can come out as something different in others.
Look at the front of this book to help understand:

Any antidepressant should help if you do have it. Also, Strattera, a nonamphetamine for adhd, works very good.
"Along with physical symptoms, people with Tourette's syndrome often struggle with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), as well as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This triple threat often becomes the most challenging aspect of Tourette's."

This could be Tourette's syndrome. Or you are just grumpy about something. When I am alone sometimes I swear or something if I get mad of hurt, but I suppose most people do instead of repressing it cause no one's there to hear you. If you do it for no reason at all then yes, you probably do have Tourette's.

do you mean Tourette syndrome..
first you have to establish if the blurting are uncontrollable outbursts(vocal tics). it is normal to self talk... but when you randomly utter words and shout them on public places, it just seem so inappropriate thus we could infer that it is Tourette syndrome.
however, TS have mild, moderate and severity levels.
