Sure I do, it's when you are so nervous or excited that your stomach does flip flops, it feels like there is something fluttering around in there....like a butterfly tickling you from the inside. It's a cute way of saying you're nervous or excited.

its just an expression people use. sometimes when you get excited about something it feels like your stomach is turning upside down. i used to have that feeling when i would swing on the playground and now i get it before seeing my boyfriend.
