Eating in moderation. If you eat 5 or six very small meals a day, you probably won't gain weight. Also try eating a wide variety of fruits and veggies. THey fill you up an are yummy, but tend to have few calories. Some people who have had anorexia or bulimia in the past have trouble keeping off weight because their metabolism has slowed down and caused them to burn as few calories as possible. However, exercise and eating small, nutritious meals should increase your metabolism so that you don't need to worry about your weight in the future.

It doesn't sound like you are recovered yet. You need food to keep your body going but eat sensibly. I don't think pizza etc is especially good for you anyway, find a good dietician and set up something that you are comfortable eating and that is healthy for you. Fast food is what eventually leads people to obesity and that is the reason for anorexia, because you believe yourself to be obese or are afraid you will become obese. Read health books, they can give you good ideas for healthy eating.

The key is not worrying about WHAT foods you're eating, just the portion size. Like, its not healthy to eat six slices of pepperoni pizza, but if you eat it in moderation, say 2 slices, thats fine as long as its not too often. Just don't starve yourself- enjoy tasty foods!

I don't think you are as recovered as you think. As with anything, it's about moderation. Have a scoop of ice cream, but don't eat the whole half gallon or whatever. Same with any other food. Pizza...have a slice or two, but not the whole pie! It's all about moderation and exercise.

if you are recovering you most likely need to gain weight and should talk to your therapist to help you with feeling that weight gain is negative. Focus on having a balanced healthy diet, with food from all the proper food groups.
meat, fish, vegtables, fruits, milk and such, do not worry about weight , worry about health and keeping strong bones as anorexia can deplinish them. drink milk, skim if you must. Good Luck, talk to your nutritionist and they can help more
