My friends tell me not to drink coffee because it can stung your growth and its not that healthy for you?

NO, its just a myth, to try and scare people not to drink coffee because of all the caffeine.

No it's not true. However way back when that started coffee was made much stronger than it is now so that may have been a handy reason to tell kids so they didnt ingest so much caffeine!!

Also just so you know its stunt your growth not stung.

No. There is no scientific proof that coffee will stunt your growth. Probably a scare tactic used by an adult to another or child to make them never start or quit now.

my friend told me that when i went to buy a Starbucks coffee. I doubt that's true. I already know i won't grow anymore though. I'm one of the tallest girl in my family at 5'4 3/4 lol. in 6 years i grew 3/4 at this rate I'm going no where fast anyway. But back to the subject I thinks that's just a "tall tale"

Thats what I heard. But i don't know if its true. I just stopped drinking coffee altogether when I heard that. Maybe you shoudl change and start drinking Green Tea. its good for you.

I had coffee for breakfast every morning ever since I got off mamma's milk....(a cultural thing).
I'm 5'10 with sisters tall too, and brothers 6'1 and up... So NO, it is NOT TRUE. (just an old wive's tale).
