uhhhh...what???? Why would pubic hair remind anyone of America???
OHHH LOL I get it...Bush!!! Wow I feel dumb now. I thought you were like degrading America by comparing it to pubic hair :-O Glad you weren't though...In that case, I still love you :-)
Oh and also after reading what you said about a Muslim having to shave, I had to look it up online because that was just interesting and they really do have to shave their pubic hair! haha who would've guessed! Here I'll copy and paste it for you:
"According to the Sunnah of the Prophet (pbuh) every adult Muslim, as a part of keeping his/her body clean, should remove the hair on his pubic area and that, which grows under his armpits. This hair may be removed through any method that one feels comfortable with. A person should not let this hair grow for more than (around) forty days, as has been reported in a number of narratives ascribed to the Prophet (pbuh).
The ultimate objective of all Islamic teachings is to cleanse the human body, soul and mind. According to the Qur'an , only those people shall qualify for the everlasting bliss in the hereafter, who try to cleanse themselves during the life of this world. The required shaving question pertains to that part of Islamic teachings that relates with the cleansing of the human body, and therefore requires a cautious attitude on our part."
And I also found this:
"Muslim law (Sharia) puts hair in three categories: that which it is recommended to remove (pubic and armpit hair), that which it is recommended to keep (the beard), and that which is the object of limited recommendation (foot, hand, back, and chest hair). Removal of armpit and pubic hair is a hygenic practice which was taught by the prophet Muhammad and which was enumerated as having been part of practices conforming to man's premortal (Fitrah) nature. On the other hand, shaving or removing part of the eyebrows is forbidden as the "modification of the creation of Allah and obedience to Satan in his work to fool men and bring them to modify the creation of Allah." Stray hairs between the eyebrows may be removed, but not the hairs of the eyebrows. A male may trim hair on the chest and back but may not remove it, as this is considered to be imitating women. In contrast, women are permitted to remove hair from these areas."
All I have to say is: wow. who knew? Especially that eyebrow tweezing being a sin and the "limited" removal of FOOT hair...haha can you envision a male "TRIMMING" his chest and back...without removing hair? How is that even possible? hmmm...wow.... :-) :-) :-)

Hey this is news to me!!!! I live in an area with lots of muslims. Wow, remove pubic hair! That's strange.
I don't know why they keep their beards and goatees if hair should be removed. In the same breath, why hair that is not exposed?
As far as I know, muslims are thought to keep clean whether it be at prayers ,meals or general hygiene. Anyone would be able to tell you that if you remove pubic hair, it will become itchy and scratch bedeviled. So I don't know why anyone would want that, except due to an infection or surgery.

American women shave their pubic hair. Muslim women are not trying to be different from American women. Why don't you try moving to the Middle East? Maybe you could meet a nice Muslim woman and ask her why she shaves her pubic hair.

wtf
first of all it is a duty of all Muslims to be clean and take pride in your appearance.
so clipping your pubic hair goes along with being tidy and neat and clean it keeps odors and bacteria away.
It is not a must but rather a sunna. A sunna is something the prophet (pbuh) did but is not obligatory.
I am not sure if the prophet did this but he did clip his armpit hair, and that definitely keeps odors away.
please no BO!

This is a Sunnah of our prophet Muhammad (PBUH) that all adult muslims must do
It was proved that removing hair from such areas of the body prevents many sexual disorders that result from the dirt accumulating in these sensitive areas

They seem to want to torture themselves, in many ways. Most of these old rituals actually date back many years when hygiene was not what it is today and removing pubic hair was probably an effective way to keep yourself clean and parasite free. Then after thousands of years it is considered a religious ritual. It is the same with the Jewish people and their refusal to eat pork. Before careful handling and inspection made it safe, people often died of trichinosis from eating pork.

What a freakin stupid troll question this is. Double attempt at mocking Americans and muslims...
However, most chicks I come in contact with remove their hair too - so wouldnt removing hair be counter-intuitive and actually remind them of America? And, why would someone with a beard remove his pubes?
