what does she like to do ...her favorite hobbies...start a conversation that she will get into and answer...things that both of you enjoy...like a movie or music....something that you know and she know about

Are you sure you're with the right girl? It seems to me that your girlfriend should be the person that you feel most comfortable with, so you should be able to talk to her about anything.
Tell her a joke, ask about her day, ask about her plans for the future (both long term and short term).
Ask her if she has interests in politics, sports, current events, fashion., music, cooking, eating, .....
What's your favorite book, and why?
Which literary charactor do you most emulate or admire?
Really...if you can't talk to her about anything that pops into your head, either she isn't the right girl for you, then she may not be right for you.
It could be that you two need to start enriching your lives with some hobbies. Try scuba diving...it's a lot of fun, and you could study together.
Take up golf, or painting/sculpting.
Man...just talk about the lame answers that you found on Yahoo! Answers.

How about b honest about how u feel about her. Ask her what her interests r and what r her hobbies. If she looks good 2 u express that. Ask what she has done with her time since the last time u saw her. Fine out what her interest r an talk about what she would enjoy.Movies, reading, skating, dancing etc

Just talk to her about her likes and dislikes. You could talk about the weather or anything that's on your mind and heart. Or ask her what she wants to talk about.

SOMETIMES ITS NOT NECESSARY TO SAY ANY WORDS BELIEVE THAT. BUT IF WORDS ARE SPOKEN, MAKE SURE THEY ARE THOSE WORDS THAT BUILD THE OTHER PERSON UP, INSTEAD OF TEARING SOMEONE APART. BE KIND TO EACH OTHER. LIFE TEARS US UP ENOUGH. GOOD LUCK!
