The best best best best number one way for a guy to notice you, is by talking to him. Talk to him, call him... Yes, its very scary the first couple times, but write down what you are going to talk about before hand... and remember if you talk about the subject of if he likes you or not.. Don't be discouraged, my girlfriend and I liked each other for 2 years without even knowing how the other felt, so talk talk talk.
Tip: If he doesn't seem interested, if he's not flirting, trying to get away from you.. Don't push it, don't bug the crap out of him and most of all don't be discouraged... Theres a million other guys.

If I have to be an expert certainly I wouldn't be able to answer the question, so I'll ignore the expert part. I think its cool if a girl is nice to me and is friendly and smiles a lot at me and touches me, stuff like that. If all else fails wear something sexy

for starters, if you sound like an idiot (based on this question and your spelling), you won't attract a guy. you have to atleast sound intelligent. and from there you should simply go to him and talk to him.
it all depends on what kind of attention you want. a short skirt, a bright or open top can attract. you could touch him on the shoulder or give him a small gift or something.
but mostly talk like a human being.

Talk to him, and always direct the conversation to him. Laugh at all his jokes, smile, and stare into his eyes. I don't think you should do anything on the outside... Besides, if a guy falls for you because of what you look like, that's called lust.

i would suggest entering the school talent show. Now you may be asking yourself, what can I do at the school talent show that would set me apart from all of those other kids. I will tell you. Go to the library and check out a book. Read it. Final step do your best at the talent show!

Talk to him..at first be casual..then become a tad personal...if you are uncomfortable with talking to guys then..flaunt what youve got to catch his eye..if not then talk to his friends..that will get his eye on you..
