It definitely has to be a city in the South USA. Iced tea is very popular in the South, both because of the heat (nothing cools better than some refreshing iced tea), and also because of tradition.
However, I am not sure there are any statistics about this.

We drink a buttload of iced tea in Dallas. Its all sweet tea here though.

i know for a fact, its got to be tokoyo, japan and its cities that drink more tea, healthy too.
