4 people times $23.75 = $95.00. - $12.75 for life vest = $82.25. If each person paid $12.75 for a vest, than the canoe cost $44.00.

math was never my thing
- but 4 x 12.75 = 51.00
if each paid a total of 23.75 - 23.75 x 4 = 95.00

95.00-51.00 = 46.00 was the canoe rental
