Religion and politics, I think the two contain a pretty broad spectrum of topics. I am not sure what else, age, weight, sexual orientation, etc.

Although "Religion, politics, and money" basically implies that sex is not only not for conversation, but so not for conversation that it doesn't even get mentioned in the rules for what doesn't go in conversation.
