I heard that if you get one or two avocados and blend them up, including the skin, it will be a great treatment for your hair. I guess you let it sit for about an hour and then rinse it out. I mean what do you have to loose...you should try it. Also use enjoi...my sister uses it every time she straightens her hair and her hair is BEAUTIFUL!

Get the burnt ends cut off and lose the flat iron, or dont use it as often. Also , if you are going to use it, use a product specifically for protecting the hair during this process. Try sleek by matrix products. See link below.

I used Aussie 3 Minute Miracle when my hair was really fried. You have to use it for a while to see major results but you feel a difference after the first time you use it. If your hair is long, sorry to say this but you really should have a lot of the length taken off. The hair is dead and you can't really do anything to get it better.

Stop straightening it for a while, start getting it trimmed every 1 or 2 months depending on how bad it is, use really good shampoo and conditioner and put in good leave in conditioner every day when you get out of the shower, I recommend redken extreme for all of them.

japanese thermal hair straightening would be the best option because it would keep your hair straight for about a year and it would actually benefit your har health-wise. The only drawback is that it takes about 3-4 hours to do and it costs somewhere between $300-$700.
hope i helped!

Believe it or not, drink lots of water...being really hydrated helps you hair, skin and nails look beautiful. Also after a bath or shower rinse you hair with cold water, it adds shin and strength to your hair. Good luck! and stop straightening your hair, and be proud of your natural locks:)!

stop choking it with chemicals and such. i had the same problem. i stopped putting chemicals in my hair and went natural. best thing i ever did. it's long and healthy.
now i had to start from scratch because i let it go on for too long. hopefully you won't have to shave your head.

go to a beauty supply shop and ask the employee to recommend a few things for your hair.
you should also try V05 oil hair treatment.
