Read your contract and contact a lawyer. I doubt if you will be able to avoid service.

the army nationwide preserve , which i'm a member of is exceedingly sturdy. they have finished time jobs you are able to word for. they help pay for college and you will serve your u . s . a .. The benefit over energetic is which you an pursue different issues and in case you like can circulate energetic later on. I have been given a university degree from the nationwide preserve and how guy different 23 year olds while making use of for a job can say they have a university degree and is an Iraq conflict vet ( 11 a million/2 months). energetic is massive however the choice to serve and pursue occupation aims is an relatively sturdy deal.

If you do not go, your daughter will not get the proper medical care that she deserves. At least while you are in AIT, you are on active duty status, and your child will be covered under your medical as long as you add her as a dependent. It sounds as though you have no health insurance, because you lost your job, which sucks, but suck it up! Join active duty and take care of your daughter if anything. At least you would not have to pay out of your own pocket for heart surgery, that you won't be able to afford anyhow!! Take this as it is........Your answers are right in front of you.

Go talk to your recruiter and get a hardship dischcarge. Two also talk to him about your job situation the first company has too make the second company aware of your situation and has to give you some type of job equivent to what you had at least for starts. Then you can go from there.
Dont listen to some of these other forks as they have no ideals. You take care of that child

This doesn't add up. If you are in the guard you can get medical for you baby girl for free. If you quit and you have no job, what can you give the baby girl?
Also as people have said you have recourse with the company to get a job. And last how does getting out of the guard give you a job, if you have not been able to find one while you are in?
