I was just wondering like if you use like regular over-the-counter red, like Garnier, or Loreal.

My hair is a dark brown, I was just wondering.

Should I use like over-the-counter stuff? Or do I have to bleach it. I was just gonna use red for like streaks.

if youre doing ur hair professionaly-dont worry about it. but if youre doing from a home kit, no. i died my hair a purplish-red with out bleaching it and it looked like it was supposed to. my frend did the same thing and her hair turned green. plus it really fries your hair.

Dependin on what colour your hair is. It worked on my hair and it is a blondish brown. If it is very dark I would say yes. Try asking a hair dresser or calling loreal or something and asking them. Or ask at a drug store/place where they sell hair products.

Depends on your hair color right now. If it's a darker shade then yes. If it's a lighter then Maybe. If you want to get the EXACT color then yes. Go to a professional and ask.
