Should I tell him to remove them?

if you are planning on staying with him for the long hall
then yes you should but be kind about it when you tell him you want them gone
or you can say they look cancerous and he should go them tested and removed cus you care about him and you want him for a long time lol
its a lie but its better then saying that the moles freak you out

The only reason he needs to have the moles removed is for medical reasons, they can be a sign of skin cancer. Google skin cancer and see what the signs are. If he may have risks, tell him you are worried and ask him to have them evaluated by a doctor.
But you are not concerned with his health but how he looks and that is shallow. Why are you so superficial?

Well, if you were a GREAT friend you would just ignore them. But maybe you could talk to him about it a little, barely, don't push it. Take everything slow if you wanna talk about removing the moles. GREAT friends would just ignore it. Trust me my face isn't that pretty (pimples, zits) but my friends don't care (but of course I try to get rid of them) and they just ignore it and have fun with me.(And I'm not trying to say that your not a great friend because you probably are but just think about what i said)

Have him get them checked to make sure they're ok, but if they are ok then it's really his choice if he wants them removed. It might hurt his feelings if you make a big deal over them, too. After all, appearance is only a small part of who he is.

then he might take the wrong impression if u tell him and then he'll think u don't liek him. So as long as u want to keep your bf then don't.

You could ASK him to have them removed...telling him is a bit demanding.
