besides sit ups? or even a flatter stomach because i eat a lotof carbs (rice mainly) because i train every day and i eat a lotof protein foods!
any help is welcome!

the only way to have a six pack showing is to lose body fat. Would you do 100 bicep curls every day? No, don't think so. The abs are muscle, just like the rest of your body and they respond and grow in exactly the same way. To build them - use resistance training. To show them off - have low body fat.

It's no good geting big hard abs if they're covered in lard and no one can see them.

Since you don't want situps, I'm going to assume you also don't want curlups. This leaves bicycling, flutter kicks, and body ups. Bicycling is when you lay on your back, put your feet up in the air and act as if you're pedaling a bike. Your butt should be off the ground along with your lower back. Flutter kicks are similar to bicycling, but you move your legs up and down at about a 45 degree angle from the ground. Body ups are where you lay on your stomach and let the upper part of your body hang over a drop and let your body go down then you pull your body up using only your abs. These take a lot of strength and only work if you have strong abs already.

stay slim a six pack is all about body fat percentage because guess where the fat is stored the midriff well i have a amazing six pack and ive never done a sit up in my life a good diet and keeping active works for me

lie flat on your back, keep your feet together while raising them 6 inches off the ground and hold before rising another 6 inches, then move up and down between the two
