i have a friend

she is skinny like me and she really feels depressed she tells me everything and she wants to go bolemic but wants to stop thinking that she really does...





she needs help is there anything that i can do to help her

don't tell her parents or anyone. that will turn into a mess, and would most likely cause her more stress and depression. talk to her one-on-one. tell her that its dangerous and that she can do so much better. i think more girls these days want to be thin, and compare their size to others. I'll admit it, I've shoved a toothbrush down my throat to purge... but it didn't work... i didn't think it would
everyone has been conscious about their weight, and she'll eventually learn that there's nothing wrong with her.

yes I think you should talk to her parents if you can. Or someone maybe at school. She doesn't need to get into that habit of hurting herself in anyway. It can be a dangerous cycle that people live with for the rest of their lives. Get help for her before it's too late.

Notify your school counselor. You can do this anonymously. Let the counselor take it from here. They are trained to handle these matters.

I think your "friend" needs to talk to a grown up she can trust or a school counselor.=]
