What language? It first started with the pearl trade, they needed divers. Took off from there. And that is just the slaves from Africa to here. It was in existence as a trade for 3 or 4 thousand years befoe that. Maybe even longer back. When was marrage invented?

If you have a paper due you might want to do some real research by yourself, instead of being told the answer. Go to a library and read a book! You might learn something!

enslaved he or she was put aboard ship like property and
underwent horrors the likes of wich no person should have to
ever endure in this world.Beatings,Rapes,Sickness and
Disease,Being thrown overboard to feed aquatic wildlife
(sharks mostly)

then arriving in the New World to be property to another man
losing his heritage ,his spoken word, his traditions.......
