Depends what kind of visa you have. F1, H1, H4, B2? You have to give me more details. But 10 years, that's a very long time, is your passport valid (not expired)? Feel free to e-mail me if you want.

Replacement of I-94s are only for the ones that hasn't expired. If you overstayed your I-94, you visa or permit automatically would cancel out.
