it's also called like a "certified court disposition (for that person's arrest)" or something. is there like a website or a place to go to get that sort of stuff? i really don't know much about this stuff, but i need to help out a friend.

Have the police check the "Blotter Report" it's where they
keep records aof arrests on people,but don't be suprised
if they don't give the results to you right away.Blotters are
kinda sensetive information

What state would help, and next you could go to that state and court records.
You could also go to a sheriffs office and ask them to run your record.
