Here are 3 HONOLULU DAY SPA's:

Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort & Spa
2424 Kalakaua Avenue , Honolulu, Hawaii 96815
Ph: (808) 921-6097 Fax: (808) 924-3409

They are a full-service spa that offers guests a place to rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit. In addition to conventional treatments, the spa will perpetuate health and wellness through the practice of Hawaiian culture and values.
Na Ho‘ola Spa was created not only as an additional guest amenity, but as a vehicle to share with our guests our Hawaiian culture, values and beliefs. The "aloha" they receive through the service, treatments and products is an experience they will carry home and hopefully practice in their daily lives.

Waikiki Plantation Spa is a tiny oasis perched atop the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach—the view from the roof sundeck is breathtaking and the opportunity for a rare massage that combines the ancient Hawaiian traditional healing modalities of both lomi lomi ("loving hands" massage) and pohaku (hot stone) can be found here. A practitioner schooled in these traditions will commence and end each treatment with a prayer said in Hawaiian or a moment of silence if she does not speak this ancient language.

Several of the bigger hotels such as Sheraton Waikiki, Halekulani, Royal Hawaiian and Hilton Hawaiian Village have their own in-house spas but be warned, the prices are crazy high!
