What do you mean for "dozens" ??
If it's like I suppose and you mean the contest involving exchanged insults, often directed at other contestant's mom we haven't a specific word but the sentence could be translated as 'Non è per gli insulti alla mamma, è per quello in particolare".
If it's a different meaning or context you should explain it in a better way if you want receive an answer from Italian natives.
We cannot know any word of yr slang...!!

Non è una cosa dozzinale, è una cosa speciale/importante!. Or you can say even:
Non è una stupidaggine (stupidity), è una cosa seria (serious)!
I hope to well understand the real meaning 'cause I know that in English you often use some slang too.
