Sorry, there are no cures. Only treatments. There's no money in cures, so they stopped making them. What was the last thing to be cured?

I used to have crazy pollen allergies that would make me absolutely miserable (and miserable to be around). Claritin didn't work, and Benadryl is the worst because it just makes you fall asleep. I found that the pill Zyrtec worked really well (and works on both indoor and outdoor allergies), but for the best relief get a nasal steroid like Flonase! It takes a few days to start working but the results were amazing for me. Using Flonase, my allergies completely went away. Eventually I didn't even have to use the drug anymore (whether this was just because my body adapted to the environment or not, I don't know). But it made such a huge difference. You might want to give that a try.
If you're interested in treatments or homeopathic remedies, do give the local honey a try, or see an allergist/homeopath to narrow down your allergies and work to treat them.

No cure. Only management of symptoms. There are lots of things that work, but it depends on what you are allergic to. Since it is spring time, you may just have seasonal allergies. There are lots of meds you could take. If you are suffering that much, go see an allergy specialist. They can help you out with ideas on how to manage your symptoms.

It depends on what you're allergic to. But the main thing is to get the allergen out of your environment as completely as you can. That means dusting with a damp cloth and vacuuming frequently, and use an air cleaner.
If you can't sleep because of a problem with your bedding, try a perfume free/dye free laundry detergent, and run your pillows through a fluff cycle occasionally.
Now, I have heard that sometimes drinking extra water helps. I don't know if it's true, but it can't hurt.

Allerigies are an immune system response to something your bodie does not recognize. For people who are allergic to polen for instance, there body fails to recognize it, even though they are constantly in contact with it. So, your immune system sends hystamine to attack it. Allergy shots try to get your immune system to recognize these common articles such as polen, dust mites, trees etc. So, they give them to you in a controlled environment once or twice a week for years and then retest to see if you stop reacting. This is the most effective way to treat allergies. So, give it a try. Most people see good results. I did it for seven years and it made some good improvements for me.

I have found that eating honey from bees that harvest from local flowers tends to help alergies, especially if you are moving into a new area.
