I would have said nothing, but I am an atheist, so don't believe in the first two lol. I suppose I would have to say mankind.
man is greater than god, if only they had the confidence to see it, and mankind has proved more evil than any made up Deity...
The poor have lots of mankind, (kids) and the rich would like some, but have lost theirs, and if you eat mankind, you will suffer from CJD, and die...

disease- it fits, the first one is because god creates it and then deploys it, devil has nothing on it, poor people yea have it, and rich people own a cure for aids
