Because I am 14 and have never had a boyfriend or been kissed. And I live in a small town so I don't have that much to choose from. Also I am kinda shy. WILL I EVER GET A BOYFRIEND???? When was your first boyfriend?? If you don't have one by the time you are in your 20s does that mean you are gay or a lesbian?

You really don't want to rush into a relationship. It will just end up bad. My first boyfriend wasn't until I was 15 and I rushed into it, and it sucked. Majorly. There are plenty of fish in the sea, you don't want an ugly shark, wait for your Nemo. Just be yourself and maybe he'll pop out of the water unexpected.
As far as not having a boyfriend and being gay, I would say if you haven't had a boyfriend and you are 40, it's a little strange. Other than that, it's fine. You'll be okay.

I would tell you to stop thinking/worrying about this stuff because you're 14 and it shouldn't be your focus.
However,
you're 14 and it obviously is your focus. The fact that you haven't had a boyfriend yet at 14 is COMPLETELY normal. Hell mostly shouldn't expect to have a boyfriend probably until you're 16 or later even. A lot of girls I knew in High School didn't have ANY boyfriends because they were SMART and RESPONSIBLE and were more concerned with getting a good education then some dumpy as* boyfriend.
I have to admit I was GREATLY attracted to those girls. In fact, I married one of them once we got out of school and did the college thing and now we're both rather successful and happy.
And I bet if you try to do the same thing, you will be too.
There's nothing wrong with having a boyfriend when the time comes, just don't make that boy your priority.
And if you don't have a BF by 20s it doesn't mean you're lesbian. Trust me, if you're a lesbian, you'll know it.
Relax and enjoy your youth.

You will get a boyfriend, just be patient. Wait for the right guy. There is nothing wrong if a person is in their 20s and haven't had a serious relationship. There are many factors involved. Busy with a career, college, or maybe they just don't want one. You may regret it if you throw yourself at the first guy who's interested in you. Wait. There's a huge world waiting out there for you, there's plenty of time.

No! It does not mean you're gay. I've known people that never got married until they were in their 50's you just have to wait to find the right person. Darlin, 14 is nothing you are so young, you just need to have fun. Go out with your girls. You have so much time to do better things than run around with a boy.

to answer the ? about what age sounds weird, probably about 17 or 18, it might sound a little weird. and i tiotally understand what u mean about not having a lot to choose from. I go to a really small school, and i dont hav a lot either, but i hav kissed like 4 of the guys there. U hav to just make do with what u hav. I hav a had like 6 bfs there too. and, no u r sooooooo not a lesbo if u havnt had a bf by now. Just wait, the ite guy will come. and a reason y u dont hav one is for the reason of not having much to choose from.

not at all. you got it all wrong. don't be sterotyping. you have to let the right time come. i didn't have a boyfriend until i was 19 and we were unoffciial. i got hurt in the end cos' he wanted sex and i didn't. don't risk getting hurt like i did.
age does not matter. im 20 and i only had one "boyfriend"
my entire life.
sometimes less is more. when you're older, you will have more knowledge about people and you won't be hurt so easily i think. wouldn't you rahter have one person that loves you instead of a million men who wants nothing but sex.

14 definitely soesn't sound weird...especially if you live in a small town. and yes...you will get a boyfriend sooner or later.
i'm in my 20s now and have plenty of friends who haven't had a boyfriend, and they are all perfectly normal and perfectly straight... they just don't want to waste their time with guys who aren't right for them.
stop worrying and start enjoying life...in my experience, the right guy will come along when you are not looking for him!

It's not weird. You will get a boyfriend when and if you want one. There is no blueprint, or list of things to do by a certian age (that I am aware of).
Last I heard you were a lesbian only if you were female and attracted sexually to other females and not males. Hope that helps.

88, if you can't find one by then your weird. Don't worry about it you'll be ok, 14 is still kinda young unless your like amish or something. (They live like back in the pioneer days when ya most girls were married by 15-16) And I don't think your gay, because you prob wouldn't be asking this question if you liked girls.
