Need to find a sunblock that is good for my 3 1/2 year old but doesn't make him break out in a red rash...I guess that means he is allergic. I've tried HawTropic & BananaBoat...for kids. Any personal experiences, suggestions on what worked for your kids?

My daughter gets horrible rashes, what worked best for her was Neutrogena Sensitive skin. Its not a "for kids" brand, but was ok'd by her pediatric dermatologist. Even with that, I have to be religious about bathing her and scrubbing it off as soon as she's inside. The two combined helped her immensely. Hope this helps!

My daughter has the same reaction. The only one I've found that doesnt give her a rash is Hamilton Sensitive, for hyper sensitive skin.

Aveeno makes a really good sunblock. I use it on my son who has sensitive skin.

The best we found is called 'bullfrog' and now it's out with an insect repellant too. Can get it at Wal-mart, pharmacies, etc.

go to his doctor and have him take a blood test and he should prescribe a special sunblock for your child!
