The nose is a realy sensitive spot, but the sweet spot on the face is the jaw. If you throw an uppercut or even a straight punch (make sure your fist is tight, and use your first two nuckles) land it square on the jaw, thats it, Lights Out. Try watching UFC, thats a realy good way to learn how to fight on your own.

Upper mouth, just below the nose, is just seriously loaded with nerves. Aim there. If you've ever had a zit right there, you know how agregiously annoyingly painful that can be. Imagine what a punch feels like. Pluse, if you're high, you hit the nose, if low, right in the chin. Honestly, the best way to fight is simple "hit him hard and hit him often".

Everything above and you might want to take the lights out too. Go for the eyes, smack him in the ears and dislocate those jaws. A good hook at the soft spot below the ear will knock him out.

Targets: Testicles, eyes, throat (especially the 2 arteries), kidneys. Blows with elbows on face can be quite effective as well, apart from that pinching fleshy parts like the inner side of thighs, inner-upper side of arms, stomach, sides at waist level.
Once your opponent takes hold of you pressing spots on elbows (behind knuckles) and armpits will do. Pressing on wrists is not as effective, but it's ok.

A strong pinch on opponent's chest is also a good tactic.

There is also a spot where lethal blow can be applied, directly under the ribs in the middle of the chest.

The important part of a fight is knowing your own strengths and weaknesses as well as those of your opponent. Then you can adjust your tactic accordingly. Use your opponent's strength to defeat him and make use of his weaknesses as well.

It's also good to know about balance. You have to be balanced all the time and try to get your opponent out of balance when an opportunity shows. Balance can easily be destroyed when kicking: garb your opponent's kicking leg and twist it or take control of him through his leg or simply kick his non-kicking leg's knee to make him fall.

Kick him in the balls and when he is down don't stop stomping on him.The best way to lose is to have compassion or to start to feel sorry, because he will not feel sorry for beating you half to death.
