He is 15 years old and I find porn on the computer as young as 2 years old boys and girls. I think since he likes this porn he would act on it if he could.

Does your boyfriend know this is going on? If he does and does nothing then, do not pass go, call the police today, not tomorrow, if he is doing this he needs help. now. Do you have a silent observer in your area, that might be a way to do it.

The bigger concern is why your boyfriend's son is downloading child pornography. Was he abused previously? The child porn could just be a kid trying to figure out his sexuality, or possibly a forewarning of a future pedophile. Either way, he needs to know it is wrong and instead of tying up local police, try some parenting, talk to your boyfriend and have a sit down with the kid. If necessary, seek counseling.

Gee, are you sure its your b/f's son? How do you know it isn't your boyfriend. I would suggest you report this as soon as possible as you can be just as guilty. With a baby coming, whose to say the culprit will not do harm to your baby.
I hate to scare you, but I have heard a story about 2 years ago about a b/f sodomizing the baby girl and having sexual intercourse while the g/f was away. He completely ripped her insides out taking away her ability to have children. She was only 18 months old.
Do the right thing, turn whoever it is in.

you just go down to the police station or call up and report it, tell them the whole story.
also you may want to talk to your boyfriend sbout it and possibly the son. Most police departments have access to computer forensics and can find it on the computer or you could easily hide a camera in the room and use that as evidence.
bob would say talk to them first and put a camera in the room so you have evidence and the police can act quickly upon it.

The authorities have access to computer forensic experts who can discern with certainty who is downloading and distributing the pornography.
This is a serious crime. You really should act on this, but I don't envy you the ripples this will have throughout your family and household.
Good Luck and Godspeed!

You could call your local dept. and give them the info. and tell them that you want to remain anonymous and also be sure to block your phone # b/c majority of the police stations, jails, and 911 centers have caller id.

just so you know it is not illegal to download child porn off the internet, just copying it and sharing it. my best bet would be to confront him and throw him into psychological help. sorry that it may not be illegal
