I began cleanse day 1 today and confused the shake with the actual cleanse for life drink...careless i know. So basically i took the accelerators/snacks/ AND SHAKES! Is this anything major? Any advice? I will just begin Day 1 again tomorrow with the drink 4x a day. I was just wondering if I should take a LESSER amount of snacks etc.
HELP!!

No worries. You can treat today like a pre-cleanse day. It is the same as a shake day.
Tomorrow you can start the cleanse. You will still have enough snacks and shake left, so don't worry about that.
It is actually a good thing you made a mistake because it is a very good idea to do a pre-cleanse day anyway!
Are you able to talk to the person you bought it from as they should have some tips for you too.

No biggie - you just had a pre-cleanse day, that is actually a good thing.
Tomorrow you can begin Day 1 Cleanse - all other stuff stays the same.
Ideally you should be working with a cleansing coach they are great for answering stuff like this and when you purchase through their sites there is NO CHARGE for their services. They really make a difference.
