Yes, they most certainly can. On the contrary, the girl, which this type of man choses to fall in love with, should consider herself very special. She would would have to be for this type of a men to fall for her in the first place.
Men like these are usually at the tail end of their adventurism when they decide to fall in love. Its that sunset period when they are ready to settle down and give their heart to some one special. Usually they are very sincere and focused on what they expect and what they are willing to give back in return. Most of these men make very good and protective fathers (Especially for their baby girls because they know what they did to girls when they were boys), and great husbands (Because they know how they had used other women for sex, and certainly would not want anything like that to happen to their own wives).
So my answer in a selfish, self-serving sort of a way is, YES, they can fall in love.

The number of guys I have slept with is probably into three figures, I am not overly proud of that but there you go. Can I fall in love, I was certainly in love with one, maybe two guys. I know I can fall in love again but I suppose I am harder for what I have been through. Still my destiny is to meet the man I am seeking but have not yet found and live happily with him but it will not be for 10 more years. My mother is from Vietnam and she left when I was 5. I only recently traced her over 20 years later and she has given me the fortune that she got made when I was born. The Vietnamese fortune tellers have a very good reputation so I am sure I will meet and live happily in deep love with Mr Right

Guys like that tend to have women problems and trust issues therefore...you have to give him time and hopefully he doesn't use his energy all on women but meaningful relationships at one point to discover how fulfilling that could be in that he should eventually find love
No womanizing man however that likes to screw is looking for a commitmet just the next best thing

Yes, just because their sexually experince, matters of the heart is very important. Men are still human, with feelings and emotions, they will know if they found the right one, its just a matter of trusting them.

of course they can. they're being stupid by spending so much time sleeping with tons of girls.. but when a special girl comes she can capture his heart. wow i sound like some kind of poet... lol.
