Cariños, (with love)
Saludos, (regards)
Besos, (kisses)
Hablamos luego. (talk to you soon)
If it is formal then:
Saludos,
Atentamente,
Sinceramente,

RE:
How can I sign off a letter in Spanish?
How do I finish a casual email to a Spanish friend?
Is there a different way the Spanish sign off their letters to the English, or is there an equivalent of, say, "lots of love" "talk to you soon" etc?
Thanks!!

You can say like "kisses" or "un beso" if it is someone close like your mom or your boyfriend or a close friend (gender is irrelevant) but if you are a man, don't use besos to another man, just man to women or women to women or women to man.
To be on the safe side, you can say "cuidate" (take care) to a close friend or "cuidese" to someone who is not that close and you want to show some respect. (like a professor or boss)

If it is to a friend, you can say
" un abrazo" = sending you a hug
"con cariño = with (friendly) love
"saludos"= regards
"muchos besos" = lots of kisses
if it is formal you can just say
"cordialmente" = cordially

You can say "nos vemos" "despues hablamos" "te quiero". How's the person that you are sending the letter to, serious or informal?
