I'm not looking for a website that I can do it myself on, I just want to find a way to get in contact with someone who can. I wanna do this because my boyfriends brother was killed when he was 2 and his mother would really like to find someone who could see what he would look like now.

This software is available, but I'm unsure if it's publicly available - or only by police or national missing children's clearinghouses.

BTW, i'm not a psychologist, but this doesn't sound healthy for your bf's mom... perhaps she should seek counseling for her loss.

I'm not sure that there are any websites out there which offer an online age progression tool. I looked around on the web a couple of years ago just for fun and found nothing to that effect. A quick scan just a few minutes ago seems to indicate that nothing has changed since that time (but I could be wrong).
Usually that is something that has to be done manually by Forensic Artists who are well versed in all of the particulars of how people look as they age based on the features of the subject (as well as the features of parents of the subject).

Now, it's possible that there may be software that forensic artists utilize which might aid (by tweaking certain variables) in the attempt to predict how a person might look in a few years. But now I'm just guessing.

Its called 'age progression'. The only reason I know is because there is a bulletin board in Walmart showing what the missing child might look like now. Its not accurate, of course, but I would imagine 800 THE LOST could help.

If you have ever seen the show Hunny! We're killing the kids!, theres these people that take the current statistics of a child and their eating patterns and show them how they will look in the future..
