By in shape I mean:

1) not fat
2) toned
3) to the point where he does not get winded, walking up a few flights of stairs, going for a walk in the park etc.
4) some muscel definition
etc

In other words, the kind of guy anyone would look at and say to themselves: "He definitly works out."

I don't mean someone who wins body-building competitions on a regular basis, just someone in very good shape.

Thanks ladies!!!!

I don't really care if a guy has big muscles or has 6 pack abs or anything. It's nice but not the most important thing. I would prefer him to be not fat, but if I really like him, it wouldn't matter. I just don't want him to be like, super flabby.

I'm not superfical. I have dated some of the greatest guys that where over weight. It's in the heart that matters to me. I do like a guy to dress nice. I have been with a man that is over weight for 11 years and he treats me like gold. Love is what matters to me but thats just me.
