I'm shy the guy I like is shy he knows I like him will he make a move or should I?

This guy is shy and I am shy. I don't know what to do. How do I tell if he likes me. We talk on the computer a lot. I mean once for 5 hours. And we emailed each other over the summer. But I don't know if that just as friends. Can someone post ideas how to tell if this guy likes me or not. I know he likes someone and it probably is me because no one else likes him. It's pretty sad because he has horrible hair everyone says but he is really nice to me and has a great personality and is funny. I don't really care that his hair is horrible. People think I can do better, but I really like this guy a lot. But how do you tell if he likes you back? He knows I like him also. I'm so confused I don't know what to do. And the last guy I liked didn't like me back and I don't want that to happen again. So if anyone has any ideas for what I should do please post them. Thanks

Well sounds exactly like my relationship with a girl. we did the same talked over computer email ALOT finally i got up the nerve to ask her out. she said we had became SUCH GOOD FRIENDS she didnt want to ruin that.. dont let that happen to you be prepared for that also.. it hurts. and he doesnt really know that u like him. We Guys are clueless we find it very hard and confusing to find out if a girl likes you. just tell him ur feelings
