I ate a porkchop just a few minutes ago. Dad told me he didn't eat it because it tasted funny, then Mom said the same thing. It did have a bit of a "twang", but not that bad, I really didn't notice. It was cooked well, almost burnt, so is it still good to go, or can I still get sick?

You should know in an hour or two. Maybe it was just an old peace of meat or it was spioled. I can't know from your description but you'll know soon enough
Don't worry if you'll get food poisoning you'll just have some cramps, you'll feel sick maybe you'll even vomit but nothing serious...
If there are problems you should go see a doctor. He'll tell you just what's wrong and how to treat it=)
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that there's nothing wrong=)

you'll know in about 4-6 hours if it was food poisoning... how old was the meat? did it smell funny? if it smells or lokks or even tastes funny, you shouldnt eat it. but if it was well done you shouldnt have anything to worry about.

If there was anything wrong with it you would feel ill and puke it up on your own. If you do start to feel ill and don't feel like puking just take a shot of pepto and you'll be alright.

u will prolly most likely get sick. be prepared to go to the ER in a few hrs, and take a few days off from school.

If it's thoroughly cooked, you're fine. Probably just a bad piece.
