I want to ask my best guy friend if he likes me tomorrow. I'm going to tell him that what i look for in a best friend and a boyfriend is basically the same thing so i usually just follow the cues that they are sending me to decide where things are going, but i've been getting some mixed signals from him so i was just trying to see where he wanted to go from here?
cause i really do like him
but i would be happy going either way
is this a good way to put it
and i would love suggestions or any other ideas

I don't know if it's a good idea asking if he likes you because he might not admit it. And when you're telling him what you're looking for in a friend/boyfriend then you might sound a little pushy. I think that you should make your move and see how it goes from there. You're happy either way right? Maybe this helped? o.O?

ask him if he likes you. if he likes you he will ask u l8er prolly. boys usually arent just best friends with a girl to be their best friend if u know what i mean there.. So talk to him it will probably end up good. if you would like him as best friend then dont ask him though. because if u 2 break up if u go out then it will ruin it. so if u really want to be with him go for it! I dont understand why girls are always talking about these "signals" because i have no idea what they look for and am just myself. maybe thats why your getting your "mixed signals".

well guys are just flat out mixed signals, u cant help that. u should tell him like everything u would love in a guy (subtly describing him) and at tthe end say yeah that best guy i would want in the world would have to be................you
