There are sevral ways of saying this... some more informal than the others... the most common one i would say it would be ... "olvidate de la pregunta!" There really isn't one word for "gosh" i would say that the exclamation point would be appropriate enough to emphasize the annnoyance from the "gosh". Hope this helps.
