I have some pork sholder blade steaks that I would like to cook tonight... anyone have any good recipes?

Pork Blade Steak with Garlic/Herb:

1¼ hours 10 min prep
4 servings

4 pork blade steaks
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon caraway seeds, crushed
1/2 teaspoon thyme
salt and pepper
1 cup chicken stock
2 cups country style gravy

1. mix spices with garlic and rub on both sides of steaks and let sit 1 hour or more.
2. Brown in a small amout of olive oil in oven proof pan.
3. Add chicken stock and cover with foil or lid Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
4. Top with thick peppery country gravy.
5. Serve with mashed potatoes of rice and fresh veg.

Brown them in a skillet that has been sprayed, or in a little oil. Remove chops and in same skillet, add chopped onions, green peppers and celery. Saute, then add a can of stewed or diced tomatoes. Season with salt & pepper, garlic powder, paprika, chilli powder or red pepper. Lay pork steaks back into the skillet and cook on low covered until tender. Remove steaks and keep warm. Add minute rice to mixture in skillet. Add a little water as necessar. Serve steaks over rice/tomato mixture.

Or, instead of tomato, add cream of chicken or mushroom soup and water. Follow the rest of the recipe. Both are very good.

put seasoning salt, pepper and a little garlic powder on them place them in a glass bake pan. bake them for an hour at 375.
you can serve them with either mash potato's or stuffing
