I have a hard time believing that the recipe does not include tomato soup. The sauce for the Sour Cream Enchiladas at Pancho's tastes like tomato soup to me. Plus it has cloves in it. None of the above recipes are for the correct enchiladas.

Okay, I started my taste test for these with tomato soup, added red enchilada sauce, a pinch or so of cinnamon and used coriander whole and just a few! As I hate cloves. Then after many tries, added sour cream ( not a lot) to the sauce and it was good. Now I will have to make some tomorrow.
