First off that is a biased question. You are assuming Christianity is a capitalist friendly religion.
A more appropriate question would be: What religion is most capitalist friendly?
Personally I think culture plays a bigger part in capitalism than religion. Christianity was around during Republics, Dictatorships and Kingdoms. And it strived during all those eras.
A person's culture determines how one is brought up to view economy policies, trading efforts, and value of money. A lot of it relates to how you place a value on your property.
Christianity can work with capitalism because Christianity teaches free will. Individuals ultimately have a choice to make which is their God given right.

Nothing is more capitalist-friendly than Christianity. Not even if Ayn Rand had started a religion would it have been more friendly.

Who says Christianity is capitalist friendly? As far as I know the catalyst for capitalism happened after church and state...

I am not so sure that religion and government economics are that much related. There have been many christian communes as well. And many capitalist countries that are not christian. On the basis that these two things are not related.

Israel probably has a better model for democracy, but as far as capitalism goes, I would say Buddhism. Just like Christianity, they teach that pride is the source of pain and that we must be empty of self, humble. There is great freedom in both.

yes, Christ Following. it's basically this: we believe that tha bible is no longer complete truth, tha catholics changed it years ago. but we still believe and place our trust in tha Trintiy.
we believe it's okay to be gay, bi & strait. not jus one of tha 3. we belive gay marriage should be allowed into law everywhere in tha world. we believe that being bi does not mean confused, it means you like both male and female. we don't believe tha misconception that being gay means u r attracted to everyone of tha same gender.
sum call us christians who r non-denomintial. but non-denomintial is still an organized religion.
we believe that it's tha persons choice which religion they wish to be. no one else can force them to change to tha religion that someone else says is tha right one even if we don't agree with their religion.
we are very pro-life, we do not support abortion unless tha mother is a) too old to bare tha child [this one is only okay if tha baby hasn't started to form yet. if tha baby has, tha mother would be safer having a C Section when tha time comes] b) tha mother or tha baby is at risk.
we do not support tha death penalty UNLESS tha crime was so brutal and there's a risk that tha person could escape prison and do it again. in all other cases that would not be needed.
we are for women's rights. we believe that a woman should have tha same rights that a man has.

As long as you are in Iran/Iraq/Afghanistan any religion is better than being a Christian! (The Christians are being forced to flee for their lives in these countries!)
