She must know the truth about you from the beginning for a solid relationship to be formed. As for your question, it depends on whether or not the girl will forgive you. Also, you must prove to her from here on out that you will be completely honest and that you are sincerely sorry for lying to her in the beginning. If she is willing to forgive you, your relationship should be ok.

ok the same thing happened to me, my already 3 year bf hid smth really important from me when we started to go out, cuz he wanted me to like him.. i dont question his honesty. it was hard in the beginning, but i know why he did it, it will come slowly, cuz u have to regain her trust. there will be a moment she wont be able to believe ur single word. but if she loves you, you guys will be fine. just dont do that anymore.
