1.) Star Wars was 'a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away'.
2.) There was sound in space in Star Wars.
3.) Therefore, the Big Bang made noise.

It is a useless question, but I will say that "big bang" wasn't a phrase made up by proponents to describe the theory, but a phrase made up by opponents to ridicule the theory.
